Cancellation, No Show and Late Arrivals Policy

We work hard to maximize our time so we can get everyone in a timely manner. Sometimes kids get sick, your car breaks down, dinosaurs come back to life and chase you down the street. We understand, life happens, and that’s okay. We show up everyday to get your curls looking bouncier than ever. So when you cancel with less than 24 hrs notice, it makes it hard to fill your spot that could be given to someone else who wanted to come in.

So… please give us the courtesy of a 24 hours notice and we’ll be happy to see you at your next appointment. With less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy (posted below)


Your appointment is very important to us. That time is reserved just for you with the expectation that you will show up to your appointment. We understand, things come up and you need to change your schedule around. We require a 24 hours advance notice to cancel appointments with no charge.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice

Our online scheduling system does not allow you to cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Instead please contact us via phone call (and leave a voicemail), text or email and we will do our best to find a wait-listed client to take your place. If we are successful you will not be charged the cancellation fee

For less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a fee of 50% of your requested service.

No Shows

If you do not show up to your appointment, it means we cannot offer your appointment time to someone else who is on the wait-list. That means we end up spending our time sitting, waiting and wondering where you are. We will do my best to contact you through a phone call, text message and email.

If you no show you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. This will need to be paid before you can schedule your next service.

Late Arrival

We try to maximize our schedule so we can get you in and out on time. When you are late, it puts us behind and that affects all appointments after you and takes time away from our families. If you are running behind please contact us and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will not have enough time to give you the amazing service you requested, and will have to reschedule you.

The cost for this will be the equivalent of a “No-Show” fee of 50% of the requested service.

When you book your appointment and enter your credit card information into the online scheduling system, you are agreeing to this policy.


Payment is due at the end of your service. We accept Cards and Cash.
