Cancellation, No Show and Late Arrivals Policy

I work hard to maximize my time so I can get everyone  in in a timely manner. Sometimes kids get sick, your car breaks down, dinosaurs come back to life and chase you down the street. I get it, life happens, and that’s okay. But I show up everyday to get your curls looking bouncier than ever. So when you cancel with less than 24 hrs notice, it makes it hard to fill your spot that could be given to someone else who wanted to come in.

So please give us the courtesy of a 24 hours notice and I’ll be happy to see you at your next appointment. With less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy (posted below)

Cancellations

Your appointment is very important to me. That time is reserved just for you with the expectation that you will show up to your appointment. I understand, things come up and you need to change your schedule around. I require a 24 hours advance notice to cancel appointments with no charge.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice

My online scheduling system does not allow you to cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Instead please contact me via phone call (and leave a voicemail), text or email and I will do my best to find a waitlisted client to take your place. If I am successful you will not be charged the cancellation fee

For less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a fee of 50% of your requested service.

No Shows

If you do not show up to your appointment, it means I cannot offer your appointment time to someone else who is on the waitlist. That means I end up spending my time sitting, waiting and wondering where you are. I will do my best to contact you through a phone call, text message and email.

If you no show you will be charged a fee of 50% of your requested service.

Late Arrival

I try to maximize my schedule so I can get you in and out on time. When you are late, it puts me behind and that affects all appointments after you and takes time away from my family. If you are running behind please contact me and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late I will not have enough time to give you the amazing service you requested, and will have to reschedule you.

The cost for this will be the equivalent of a “No-Show” fee of 50% of the requested service.

When you book your appointment and enter your credit card information into the online scheduling system, you are agreeing to this policy.

Payment

Payment is due at the end of your service. We accept Cards and Cash.
